Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.

• Support and empower residents – assist with daily routines and goal-setting.
• Ensure safety and well-being – administer medications and uphold health protocols.
• Lead and collaborate – supervise, train, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Details

• $21.57-$22.53 per hour.
• $19.57-$20.53/hr base + $2.00 differential when MAP certified.
