Responsibilities

• Reviews all non-emergency work requests to ensure work order content meets process requirements.
• Coordinates the site's contractor activities while adhering to bargaining unit requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting of the site maintenance headcount.
• Facilitates the weekly scheduling meeting and ensures planned work matches available resources.
• Redirecting minor maintenance activities to production technicians.
• Coaching and providing feedback when work orders are insufficiently entered.
• Continually reviewing work order backlog to ensure prioritization.
• Acts as liaison between operations and maintenance groups.

Education

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-Year College or technical school
