Responsibilities

• Manages backlog of planned routine and shutdown work for electrical/instrumentation; coordinates with operations for safe execution.
• Schedules non-emergency Maintenance Department work to ensure preventive/predictive tasks are completed timely.
• Develops top-priority work orders with operations leadership and minimizes scheduling conflicts.
• Oversees job planning, including hazards, procedures, and required documentation.
• Leads outage/turnaround planning with project management methodologies and MS Project.
