Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years in heavy industrial environment, 3 years in planning/scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and technical procedures.
• Mathematical and analytical skills including percentages, area, volume.
• Problem solving with diverse variables and instructions.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CMMS experience required; MS Project experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution, instrumentation, hydraulics, welding, and conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog of planned routine and shutdown work for electrical and instrumentation areas.
• Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and coordinate with operations to prioritize high-criticality work.
• Develop top-ten list of approved high-priority work orders for scheduling.
• Coordinate scheduling to minimize conflicts and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Lead outage/turnaround planning using MS Project and coordinate with procurement on contracted services.
• Track maintenance and reliability metrics and compare with budget.
• Plan materials, resources and labor for major maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures and environmental regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
