Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; supervisory/contractor management preferred.
• CMRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all non-emergency work requests to ensure content meets process requirements and dates.
• Coordinates contractor activities while adhering to bargaining unit requirements and union meetings.
• Monitors site maintenance headcount including SunCoke and third-party services within budget.
• Elevates need to increase budgeted headcount for surge maintenance and outages.
• Facilitates weekly scheduling and aligns planned work with available resources.
• Directs minor maintenance to production technicians to optimize resource use.
• Coaches originators when work orders lack proper details or descriptions.
• Ensures Management of Change processes are followed when necessary.
• Reviews backlog to prioritize high-value, timely jobs, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Elevates maintenance overtime to meet process unit needs and reviews daily schedules.
• Acts as liaison between operations and maintenance to resolve scheduling issues.
• Provides schedule information to Production Operators for equipment prep.
• Contributes to reliability-driven improvements and ensures the team understands workflow.
• Follows all SSEP requirements and manages the plant winterization program.
