Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CMMS experience required.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, motor controls and conveyors.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints; PLC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Institute and oversee Maintenance Program; create and update SOPs and processes.
• Lead teams to operate plant safely and within budget and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor work activities; ensure safety, orderliness and compliance with rules.
• Manage maintenance budget and capital plan; track KPIs and cost savings.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and schedules.
• Train and coach team members in safe work practices and procedures.
• Plan daily maintenance activities and allocate resources to minimize downtime.
• Oversee warehouse/inventory for plant parts and MRO with procurement.
• Provide technical support and act as on-site maintenance resource.
