Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of maintenance supervisory experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience in 24/7 manufacturing/production settings, including varying shifts.
• Preferred: five years of supervisory experience in heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of hourly maintenance employees and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other departments.
• Prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance work orders.
• Support reliability through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and technical documentation; help drive outages and downtime planning.
