Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Site Logistics Superintendent to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and coordination of temporary facilities and site services supporting major hyperscale data center construction projects.

You will partner with Construction Management, Project Management, Site Services, Safety, Security, IT, and subcontractors to ensure facilities and resources meet safety and productivity goals while managing mobilization and demobilization.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, service-oriented and proactive with ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
• Experience coordinating temporary facilities and site services
• Comfortable in fast-paced construction environments

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary facilities and site logistics operations for large-scale projects
• Coordinate site services and temporary infrastructure needs
• Support project mobilization, ongoing operations, and demobilization efforts
• Ensure site logistics activities align with project schedules and workforce needs
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer service
• Oversee office facilities, temporary structures, and workspace assignments
