Job summary

E2 Optics in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our fast-growing technology integration team that powers data centers and AI infrastructure.

You will coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, track materials, and support project managers and field staff to ensure safe, on-time execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years' experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience organizing and prioritizing work.
• Strong data analysis and calculation skills for logistics decisions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in field/warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse deliveries and material handling.
• Support Project Managers, Supervisors, Procurement, and Field teams.
• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures for logistics.
• Track materials, inventory, and shipments; maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
