Job summary

E2 Optics, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex data center projects onsite. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, vendor relations, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified PMP preferred.
• BICSI RCDD and RTPM certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial/data center construction and project management.
• Experience managing GMP contracts and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-project activities, review plans and bids.
• Coordinate start-up, mobilization, and resource planning.
• Manage project scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Lead client meetings and provide progress reports.
• Ensure safety policies and QA/QC compliance.
• Travel overnight as required.
