Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Site Coach to lead on-the-job training and employee development across retail and donated goods facilities. The role focuses on coaching, communication, and ongoing learning to meet operational needs and drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and training capabilities, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with constructive feedback ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training sessions for new hires and current staff in retail and production operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching to ensure task proficiency and performance.
• Ensure completion of required training modules including Orientation, OSHA, safety, and job-specific competencies on schedule.
• Collaborate with site leadership to assess training needs and develop action plans.
• Monitor training effectiveness and update content to reflect changes and ROI.
