Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager who will own the site, lead a front-line team, and drive guest experience, equipment care, standards, and results. You will mentor leaders below you, align with the Market Director, and ensure daily site performance.

You will champion a positive, growth-minded culture, oversee safety and quality protocols, and drive sales initiatives, memberships, and profitability.

• Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members; build a growth-minded culture; develop future leaders.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create a welcoming service environment; coach on customer engagement; drive membership growth and service recommendations.
• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: Manage daily workflow; supervise maintenance; ensure quality, cleanliness, and throughput; analyze metrics for improvements.
• Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: Set site targets; lead promotions; monitor KPIs; manage expenses and inventory.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols; ensure policy adherence; conduct audits.
