Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash invites you to join us as Assistant Site Manager, working with the Site Manager to run the operation and develop the team. Your leadership will focus on guest experience, problem solving, and upholding our standards every day.

You will own outcomes, not just tasks, and guide scheduling, training, and day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, and a track record of ownership matters more than the title.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they understand company values, site procedures, and role expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve and succeed.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Promote a positive team culture by recognizing achievements and addressing conflicts promptly.
• Help identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued at every visit.
• Answer customer questions about services, membership options, and promotions clearly.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to enhance engagement and retention.
• Monitor site equipment, safety, and maintenance to uphold quality standards.
• Track sales activity and provide feedback to increase revenue.
