Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager who leads the site, owns the people, guest experience, equipment, standards and results. You are not just keeping the wash open—you are building a team, running a business, and creating a place guests and employees want to return to.

You will develop leaders, partner with the Market Director, and ensure daily performance, safety, and profitability across site operations.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, hands-on outdoor environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance managing all staff.
• Build a positive culture grounded in company values and drive readiness of future leaders.
• Ensure safety, customer service, and operational standards are followed consistently.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
• Lead membership growth strategies and sales coaching to promote services.
• Oversee daily operations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze metrics to improve performance, reduce downtime, and control costs.
