Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to own the on-site operations, people, and guest experience. You will lead the team, develop leaders, partner with the Market Director, and ensure the site meets quality, safety, andperformance standards daily.

As the senior on-site leader, you will recruit, train, coach, and manage performance; drive membership growth and service recommendations; and analyze metrics to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
