Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a disciplined site leader for a DashMart distribution center near Ferndale, MI. You will manage a 8-15k sq ft facility, oversee an operations team of 20+ associates and multiple leads, and own safety, quality, labor, and cost.

This role requires coaching leaders, shaping culture, scaling processes, and using data (Excel/Sheets) to drive performance across shifts, audits, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics).
• Proven track record of developing talent and driving performance with 25+ employees.
• Owner mindset; comfortable supporting 24/7 operations and multiple shifts.
• Data-driven, able to use spreadsheets to analyze performance and trends.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site for a high-volume DashMart; manage safety, quality, labor, and costs.
• Develop leaders, coaching and succession planning to strengthen leadership bench.
• Own workforce planning, scheduling, and labor budgets with data-driven decisions.
• Ensure site readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive site strategy, tradeoffs, and improvements to meet performance targets.
