Job summary

Stord Warehousing, LLC is seeking a Site Leader to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will support the General Manager, drive operational excellence, and implement scalable processes to meet objectives.

The role requires leadership experience (4+ years) in warehouse/distribution, strong knowledge of WMS, and a focus on staffing, safety, and performance metrics to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of leadership in warehouse/distribution; 4+ years supervising.
• Experience with WMS and material handling equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple supervisors and hourly staff across large warehouse operations.
• Plan staffing and schedules to meet demand and budgets.
• Oversee inbound/outbound loading, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Excellence team to enhance customer experience.
