Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead and develop the on-site team, ensure guest experience, equipment reliability, and adherence to standards. You’ll manage people between the Assistant Site Manager and Market Director, building leaders, training staff, and driving throughput and quality.

You will own daily operations, safety, and profitability, coach for memberships and service upsells, monitor KPIs, and fix issues promptly.
