Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll own daily operations, coach staff, and drive membership growth in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

As the senior on-site leader between the Assistant Site Manager and Market Director, you’ll develop future leaders, optimize performance, and maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional results and a compelling guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members and build a positive culture.
• Deliver An Exceptional Customer Experience: create a welcoming environment, resolve escalated concerns, and promote memberships.
• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: manage daily workflow, maintenance, and vendor support to ensure safety and quality.
• Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: set site targets, lead promotions, monitor KPIs, and control costs.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and audits.
