Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Senior Program Director to lead the Maritime Systems & Integration Operating Unit on-site, reporting to the Naval & Oceanic Systems Vice President. The role requires extensive senior leadership experience, cross-functional oversight, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

You will manage site operations, mentor managers, ensure cost/schedule/technical performance, and represent the site in corporate citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years of management experience in Functional Management, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or Program Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and active Security clearance.
• Experience with DoD/DoW and international customers and/or partners.
