Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Level 3 Senior Program Manager to lead a major development program within the Mission Exploitation portfolio. The role requires delivering maritime and terrestrial sensor capabilities, managing a matrixed team, and aligning engineering, operations, security, and business units to contractual and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government programs in engineering and program management.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SSBI adjudicated within past 6 years.
• Strong executive-level communication and briefing skills.
• Experience with IPTs, cost accounting, and program risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major development program delivering maritime and terrestrial capabilities, meeting contractual, technical, cost, and schedule targets.
• Provide program-level leadership within the Operating Unit leadership team and align multi-functional groups to common goals.
• Manage a matrixed-functional team from concept to award and execution across sensor integration into mission systems.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines, spend plans, and schedule milestones; manage risks and opportunities.
