The position requires strong technical leadership, extensive experience in program management, and the ability to grow the site’s business through strategic development and customer engagement. Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience or Master’s with 7–8 years, as applicable.
• Experience in project or program leadership: scheduling, budgets, CAM, and customer interface.
• Experience in aerospace with design, development or production of RF components.
• Proven ability in proposal management and business development activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain final adjudicated Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full site operations at Hopkinton as site lead for multiple disciplines.
• Develop solutions, capture opportunities, and ensure successful execution of cost, schedule and performance.
• Engage with customers and leadership to drive programs from kickoff through delivery.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to enable DFMA and quality objectives.
