Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading aerospace programs, with design, development and/or production of RF components.
• Strong program management skills: scheduling, budgets, cost accounting, customer interface, and reporting.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and capture efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse team with autonomy across full project life cycle from inception to production.
• Interface with customers and leadership to develop solutions and ensure successful execution.
• Oversee site operations in Hopkinton, manage budget, schedule, and manufacturing considerations.
