Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Special Defense maritime portfolio in Annapolis, MD. This onsite role requires guiding a diverse team through design, development, delivery, maintenance, and field operations of custom maritime capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant management and leadership experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and IPT leadership.
• Strong leadership and Customer engagement at executive/government levels.
• Experience managing program financials including OM and OCF.
• Experience with FAR contracts and complex maritime programs.
• Ability to brief senior Customers and leadership effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program budgets and schedules.
• Maintain Customer relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Provide leadership and direction to the program team.
• Manage activities in compliance with Customer security requirements.
• Serve as primary company representative for the program.
• Deliver program briefings to Customer leadership and management.
