Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent - Advanced Manufacturing to support scheduling, quality control, and site safety. You will coordinate with the project manager, manage subcontractors, and maintain thorough daily documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction, engineering or business preferred.
• 2–5 years in commercial construction with a GC is desirable.
• Experience with tenant renovations and working in occupied spaces is a plus.
• Project lead experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project software such as ProCore, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating project schedules and follow through on commitments.
• Maintain quality standards and strong subcontractor relationships.
• Keep accurate daily documentation of work orders and scope.
• Identify long lead items and expedite as needed.
• Help plan, organize, and control site activities to meet budget, time and safety goals.
