Job summary

Elanco seeks a Site Learning & Development Manager to administer the LMS, ensure compliance, and maintain training documentation. Youll manage SuccessFactors courses, provide Tier 1 support, and drive audit readiness across the site.

Youll also act as the Veeva QDocs document owner, coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR, and partner with the site Learning team to keep processes aligned with global standards and ensure effective onboarding and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with L&D administration and LMS data management.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer SuccessFactors LMS, manage courses, and assist with system issues.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining training records and reports.
• Serve as Veeva QDocs document controller and owner for Learning.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR and SMEs.
• Partner with site employees, managers, and Learning team on updates.
