Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manager, Site L&D to lead the LMS administration and learning program support for the site operations team. You will oversee SuccessFactors, drive compliance, and partner with HR and SMEs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes documenting processes, maintaining training materials, and coordinating with the central Learning team to align with global standards. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in L&D administration activities and LMS data management.
Proficient in SuccessFactors and MS Office.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Expertise: manage SuccessFactors LMS, create/modify courses and classes, and ensure security roles alignment.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: support audits, maintain training files, and produce LMS reports.
Content & Documentation Management: act as Veeva Document Controller and Owner for Learning team; manage course reviews and procedures.
Operational Program Ownership: coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) with HR and SMEs for smooth onboarding.
Business Partnering & Communication: assist site employees with learning plans and communicate updates across the site Learning team.
