Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Manager, Site L&D to administer the training program, manage the LMS, and ensure audit readiness at the manufacturing site.

You will coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR and SMEs, serve as the Veeva Document Controller, and develop read‑and‑sign materials while aligning local processes with global standards to support learners and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with L&D administration activities and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office; strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site expert for SuccessFactors LMS, managing courses and classes.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and audit-ready training records.
• Act as Veeva Document Controller and lead course reviews.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR and SMEs.
• Support instructor-led training and liaise with EBS ticketing team.
