Job summary

Elanco in Iowa City is seeking a Learning Specialist to administer the site’s LMS (SuccessFactors) and support managers and learners. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain training records, and partner with HR to coordinate the New Employee Orientation and instructor-led programs.

In this role you will own documentation management, provide timely reports, and serve as a trusted resource for cross-functional teams while upholding quality management standards and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with L&D administration and LMS data management.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office; strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Expertise: manage SuccessFactors LMS and courses; Tier 1 troubleshooting.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: process credits, maintain training files, provide LMS reports.
• Content & Documentation Management: act as Veeva Document Controller; manage course reviews and training materials.
• Operational Program Ownership: coordinate New Employee Orientation; support instructor-led training and EBS tickets.
• Business Partnering & Communication: support learning plans and communicate updates.
