Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manager, Site Learning & Development at our U.S. manufacturing site.

You will administer the training program, manage the LMS, ensure compliance, and maintain training records to support audits and operational readiness. You will serve as the site SuccessFactors LMS expert, coordinate New Employee Orientation with HR, and partner with local SMEs to keep learning plans aligned with global standards while supporting instructor-led training coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience with L&D administration activities and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office; strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site’s LMS (SuccessFactors) and administer courses/classes.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining training files and generating reports.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) with HR and SMEs.
• Provide backup for instructor-led training coordination and act as primary contact for EBS centralized ticketing.
