Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manager- Site L&D to lead the site learning team, shape learning programs, and drive continuous improvement in employee development. You will partner with site leadership and SMEs to ensure compliant, effective training across manufacturing operations.

The role oversees content development, audits, and governance while mentoring the learning staff. Strong leadership, collaboration, and GMP knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with manufacturing L&D administration activities.
• Document controller in Veeva QDOCS.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and GMP environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work well with others – team and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead site learning program ownership and harmonized compliance processes.
• Oversee Frontline Leader program and coordinate instructors.
• Define metrics and drive continuous improvement in learning.
• Manage and develop the site learning team.
• Support audits and ensure audit readiness.
