Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Site L&D to lead the site learning team and own the learning program to improve organizational capabilities in partnership with site leadership and subject matter experts. This role ensures compliance and drives continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, GMP knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
System proficiency in Success Factors.
Experience with manufacturing L&D administration activities.
Document controller in Veeva QDOCS.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of cGMPs and GMP environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of operational excellence fundamentals.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead site learning program ownership and harmonize compliance across manufacturing sites.
Develop and facilitate advanced content; ensure needs analyses and instructional design principles are used.
Establish metrics and governance; drive continuous improvement and data-driven insights.
Manage and coach the site learning team; coordinate with Operations Training Coordinators.
Collaborate with Learning Architects to share best practices and drive harmonization.
