Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manager of Site Learning & Development to lead the site learning team and define, create, and maintain learning programs that enhance organizational capabilities in collaboration with site leadership and SMEs.

The role focuses on governance, curriculum development, and digital solutions to improve training outcomes while ensuring compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• System proficiency in SuccessFactors.
• Experience with manufacturing L&D administration activities.
• Document controller in Veeva QDOCS.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and GMP environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of operational excellence fundamentals.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others – team and business partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the site learning program and alignment with site leadership.
• Lead the Learning team and coordinate with Operations Training Coordinators.
• Implement processes for audit readiness and global procedure changes in learning content.
• Develop and facilitate training programs and adult learning activities.
• Establish learning metrics and drive continuous improvement across the site.
• Mentor team members and manage deviations, observations, and CAPAs as needed.
