Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver standard IT services across sites, serving as the primary IT contact at the facility. You will support Windows Server environments, virtualization, and network components while aligning with global IT standards and security policies.

You will interact with site leadership, manage IT assets, budgets, and training, and ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• ITIL Foundations desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites up to ~1,000 devices.
• Manage IT service delivery, asset management, budgeting and security policies.
• Provide L1–L2 workstation deployment and support.
• Provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate changes clearly.
• Ensure 24x7 coverage for critical IT issues when applicable.
