Job summary

Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary IT contact at the facility, delivering standard IT solutions and supporting site processes. You will manage devices, networks, and end-user services, ensuring alignment with Amcor’s security standards and global practices.

Ideal candidates have technical education in computer science, Windows Server and virtualization knowledge, and strong communication skills to support diverse teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
• Windows Server, Cisco certifications, ITIL Foundations are advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT services for site(s) including up to 1,000 devices per FTE.
• Maintain user support processes, asset management, and budgets.
• Provide L1/L2 workstation support and L3 server/virtualization support.
• Ensure site IT aligns with global standards and security policies.
