Amcor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver standard IT solutions across sites, serving as the primary IT contact at the facility. You will support desktop, server, and virtualization environments, ensuring compliance with global IT standards and security policies.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with English fluency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Expect occasional after-hours coverage and collaboration with global IT teams.

Competenze

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; strong communication skills.
• Experience with Windows Server and server virtualization.
• ITIL Foundations desirable.

Mansioni

• Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites; manage devices and assets.
• Maintain all user support processes and relationships; oversee local budget and licenses.
• Provide L1/L2 support for Amcor standard workstation deployment.
• Provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
• Ensure 24x7 coverage of critical IT issues where applicable.
