Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the HR Manager and site leadership. This role covers daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy compliance at our Lowell, AR facility.

You will help maintain a safe, positive culture, manage HRIS data, and assist with HR strategies, audits, and reporting. This full-time onsite position offers growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional HR experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day HR operations, handle employee inquiries and assist with recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage HRIS data accuracy and HR reporting.
• Promote safety initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Engage with community events to support talent acquisition efforts.
