CTS Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Cranston, Rhode Island site. You will partner with site leadership and AMS HR to drive employee relations, compliance, engagement, and workforce planning in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

You will coach leaders, manage investigations, and coordinate HR processes while aligning with CTS standards. This role requires a manufacturing mindset with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience advising leaders, influencing without direct authority, and credibility.
• Experience with HRIS data, payroll validation, timekeeping, and leave administration.
• Experience with cultural integration, engagement, leadership coaching, and succession planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite HR for the Cranston site and partner with operations, and AMS HR.
• Establish a visible HR presence and follow through on issues.
• Coach leaders on communication, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Drive site culture, engagement, and leadership routines.
• Provide frontline employee relations support, investigations, and documentation.
• Coordinate HR processes including payroll validation, benefits inquiries, and timekeeping.
• Lead annual site compensation planning with Corporate HR support.
