Valeo North America is seeking a Site HR Manager to lead all HR duties at the site, including relations, hiring, training, salary administration, benefits and more. You will partner with site managers and drive HR strategy, processes and data quality to support safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing/automotive.
• Experience handling investigations, benefits, payroll, disciplinary actions and terminations, recruiting and onboarding.
• Understanding of local, state and federal labor laws.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding hourly manufacturing and salaried employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR tools, processes & policies for the site and coach managers on HR topics.
• Anticipate and manage HR impact of transformations; drive change management plans.
• Oversee Health, Safety & Working conditions in coordination with HSE.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment rules and data reliability.
• Lead HR strategy deployment and manage the HR department and budget.
• Recruit, train and develop HR team members and maintain strong external relationships.
