Job summary

You will deploy HR tools and policies, coach managers, manage HR data, and ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations while advancing diversity and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7+ years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or automotive settings.
• Experience handling investigations, benefits questions, payroll, appraisals and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of HR tools, processes & policies and coach managers.
• Manage employee relations and drive change management with leadership.
• Oversee health, safety & working conditions in collaboration with HSE.
• Develop and lead HR team performance and data reliability.
