Job summary

Safran Electrical & Power in Twinsburg, Ohio seeks an experienced Site HR Manager to lead the full HR function for ~150 engineers and staff. The role reports to the Site Leadership Team, manages one HR Generalist, and oversees onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.

The position is onsite five days a week and requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and project- driven HR transformation experience to support group-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimally 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience and/or training.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and day-to-day activities across the site.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, relations, and offboarding.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance and organizational matters.
• Ensure accurate HR administration, reporting and data/documentation.
