Job summary

OPmobility, a global mobility company, seeks a Site Human Resources Manager to partner with department heads, implement HR policies, and ensure payroll reliability at the Fairfax/Kansas City site. The role guides manpower planning and staff development in a fast-changing industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in HR as a generalist, strong knowledge of local legislation, excellent English communication, and proven leadership.

• 5–7 years in HR with generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies.
• Be a partner with the business, through participation in business planning, performance and operational reviews.
• Ensure the reliability of the payroll system, control payroll access and guarantee data security.
• Plan and adjust manpower needs according to business evolution and budget.
• Advise Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolution.
• Identify needs, evaluate organization/position and modify attributes.
• Coordinate recruitment and induction of managers, technicians and supervisors.
• Manage training plan and training costs improvement follow up.
• Formulate and implement remuneration, benefits and welfare policies.
• Source and optimize governmental subsidies on labour, environment, welfare.
