Job summary

Conexus is seeking an HR Manager for a full-time, onsite role at a manufacturing site in Wisconsin. You will own HR for the site, partnering with site leadership to implement HR practices, culture, and processes within a large global company.

You will coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and talent, while building programs for recruiting, onboarding, succession, and development. relocation is a possibility as the site integrates into the parent organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred
• Experience supporting an acquisition or integration
• Wisconsin and federal wage/hour compliance knowledge
• Site-wide HR leadership with hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR leader for the whole site
• Partner with site leadership to align HR practices and culture
• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and talent
• Build structure and programs across recruiting, onboarding, succession, and development
• Guide teams through change as the site integrates with a larger global organization
• Maintain a visible presence on the plant floor
