Job summary

Conexus is seeking an HR Manager for a full-time, onsite role at a manufacturing site in Wisconsin. You will own HR for the site, partnering with site leadership to implement HR practices, culture, and processes within a large global company.

You will coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and talent, while building programs for recruiting, onboarding, succession, and development. relocation is a possibility as the site integrates into the parent organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred
• Experience supporting an acquisition or integration
• Wisconsin and federal wage/hour compliance knowledge
• Site-wide HR leadership with hands-on approach

Location: Mauston, WI (onsite)

Compensation: up to $140k base + bonus

Employment type: Full-time, direct hire

About the opportunity

This is a rare chance to own HR for an entire site, shape how a team joins a larger organization, and build the HR function you would want to work in. You will report to an HR Director who oversees multiple sites, with the resources of a large global company behind you.

What we are looking for

• Manufacturing HR experience, with a hands-on approach and the confidence to partner with plant leadership
• Experience supporting an acquisition, integration, or organizational change is a big plus
• Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge, including Wisconsin and federal wage and hour
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of HR experience required, Master's degree is a plus
• Promotes from within, and there is a path to advancement for those open to relocation
