Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in labor and employee relations in manufacturing or similar complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of union environments, contract administration, and negotiations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong business acumen, communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor and employee relations strategy, including union-management relationships, grievances, investigations, contract administration, and negotiations.
• Serve as strategic HR partner to site leadership, translating business priorities into workforce and organizational strategies.
• Direct workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, policies, and internal controls.
• Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
