Job summary

Advantek Americas, LLC. is seeking a Site Human Resources leader for our Eau Claire, WI location.

This in-person role blends strategic HR support with hands-on partnership with plant leadership, covering recruiting, performance, compliance, training, and culture. You will lead HR activities, develop metrics, manage end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, and collaborate with schools and communities to attract talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent HR experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading HR functions at a site or business unit as a plus.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing employees.
• Experience with employee investigations and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of employment law and interpersonal skills.
• HRIS experience, preferably UKG Pro; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site HR activities and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational development as a site leadership team member.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and provide leadership with insights.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried roles and coordinate interviews.
• Build relationships with technical schools, colleges and community organizations for talent attraction.
• Improve onboarding and new employee orientation; serve as primary contact for employee concerns.
• Coach managers on performance, documentation and corrective action; conduct investigations as needed.
• Support manager development through coaching on employee development and annual performance reviews.
• Help resolve conflicts with fairness, assist succession planning and identify high-potential employees.
• Coordinate training programs and develop leadership training for supervisors; track compliance training.
• Administer compensation programs including wage benchmarking and market analysis; support merit reviews.
• SupportBenefits questions and coordinate open enrollment activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; maintain personnel records and HR policies.
• Support OSHA and workplace safety initiatives from HR perspective.
• Coordinate unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Foster culture of accountability, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate workforce metrics; track turnover and training completion.
