Job summary

DuPont Edina site seeks an HR Site Leader to provide strategic HR ownership for the employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.

You will partner with site leaders, Americas HR, and Centers of Expertise to implement lean HR processes, drive development, engagement, and performance, and leverage AI tools to strengthen capability and business results. This role emphasizes collaboration, change leadership, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Manufacturing experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and transform in a manufacturing environment with senior leaders.
Strong growth mindset, learning agility, curiosity, Lean thinking, and continuous improvement.
Experience building talent strategies, coaching leaders, and developing organizational capability.
Ability to use data, business insights, and employee feedback to identify opportunities and implement practical solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
Experience leveraging AI or digital tools to enhance work processes is a plus.
Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level HR initiatives that enable business transformation and support the HR strategy.
Own the employee life cycle from hiring to offboarding at the Edina site.
Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement in HR processes.
Act as change leader to navigate organizational change with transparency and accountability.
Use data and feedback to identify trends and propose proactive people solutions.
Leverage AI, digital tools, and data analytics to improve HR decision-making.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise, HRBP, and Americas HR team to deliver programs.
Coach leaders to build high-performing, feedback-rich teams.
Provide HR guidance on employment practices, investigations, and policy interpretation.
Lead workplace investigations when needed and collaborate on complex ER matters.
Prepare reports and updates on ongoing employee relations matters.
