Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Chippewa Falls, WI site and Eau Claire expansion. This on-site role drives strategic HR, talent acquisition partnerships, and leadership development to support rapid growth.

You will lead organizational change, manage talent reviews, and coach leaders to align HR with business goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. A strong HRIS background and-depth knowledge of U.S. labor regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certification through HRCI or SHRM strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership across staffing, performance, and talent management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition COE to design and execute high-volume recruiting for Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives from inception to completion with scope, timelines and risk management.
• Model and reinforce TTM's values and culture through visible leadership and engagement.
• Coach site leaders on talent assessment, development planning, and succession readiness.
• Provide managers with tools, frameworks, and leadership development aligned to TTM's Strategic Foundation.
• Standardize HR policies and programs to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
• Monitor labor market trends and translate insights into actionable talent strategies.
• Contribute energy to additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
