Job summary

Etac AB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Stevens Point, WI to act as a strategic partner to leaders across manufacturing and corporate functions. You will work on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development to drive business results with compliant HR practices.

The role focuses on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational health, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and corporate populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
• Coach managers and supervisors on employee performance, accountability, communication, and corrective action.
• Provide guidance regarding disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address workforce challenges.
• Identify trends related to turnover, absenteeism, employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and department restructuring efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Partner on ADA, accommodation, FMLA, PWFA, and other employment-related matters.
• Develop workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
