• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and engagement.
• Ability to collaborate with Plant Manager and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations and engagement – maintain visibility and address employee concerns
• Talent acquisition and onboarding – partner with leadership to recruit talent
• Training & Development – collaboration with Plant Manager to identify learning needs
• Culture initiatives and communication – champion a workplace for healthy, high-performing culture
• HR Operations and Compliance – administer performance reviews, time and attendance, and policy implementation
